Aloha, We arrived at the Hilo Airport, late in the evening, and was scheduled for a pick up with another Taxi Company. They never showed up at all, called 411 with our cell phone and they gave us Hot Lava Taxi and Tours phone number, the person we talked with on the phone was very pleasant and assuring and said the Taxi will be there in 15 minutes, to our surprise it was there in 5 minutes, what a relief. The driver was courteous and proffessional that we would recommend them to anyone using Taxis in the Hilo area. We also met the owner on the return trip and it is truly wonderful to see A Hawaiian entrepeneur. Thanks Again.

I ride taxi everyday and I can count on this company to be there when I need them they are very prompt and proffesional, clean vehicles and drivers are very nice and personable.
